Custom Fullfill Search??

Does anyone know what criteria I would need to use as filters to create a saved search that mimics the standard Transactions > Sales > Fullfill Sales Orders page. I have the Picked/Packed/Shipped feature turned on and I need the search to work such that once I have marked the order "fullfilled" it moves off of the fullfill screen to the "pack" screen (which I also need to create a custom version of). 

NetSuite with version 11 gives us the ability to add columns to the Fullfill Pick, Pack & Shipped screens but not to take any away so what happens is the page becomes to wide to fit on our screens even with our resolution set really high plus their is no way to put the columns in any order so the standard columns always show first from left to right leaving us to scroll each page to the right to see the information that we need.
