Voided UPS Tracking numbers
Ok, here's a stumper:
Today we had a sales order that was fulfilled; then, per the customer's request we needed to change the address. So we deleted the item fulfillment, (voiding the UPS number) adjusted the sales order and re-fulfilled.
Bizarrely, while UPS shows the original tracking number as voided, it still appears on the sales order, along with the new number. I don't recollect this behavior in the past, and haven't been able to reproduce it again with test orders. Is this supposed to happen?
While we're on the topic, is there a simple way to see all the UPS tracking numbers that were voided on a particular day? I suspect that there's a custom search that could be made with item fulfillment records, but was hoping there was something more direct, perhaps tied to
