***Mark Order Shipped Not Working?
Is anyone else having problems with the Fulfillment Confirmation E-Mails going out?
We are using Advanced Shipping with Pick Pack & Shipped turned on.
On Setup > Accounting > Set Up Accounting > Ordering/Shipping Tab "Send Order Fulfilled Confirmation E-mails" is checked
On Setup > Web Site > Set Up Web Site > Email Tab the "Send Order Fulfilled Confirmation E-mails" is checked.
I can get it to work when I fulfill a sales order then mark it shipped on the fulfillment page, the email gets sent out.
I can't get it to work from the Transactions > Sales > Mark Orders Shipped page. When we go in and mark all the order shipped then hit submit the batch process with now errors but none of the emails get sent out???
