UPS Description On Waybill

It seems that US Customs is getting a lot pickier about the amount of detail that must be shown on commercial invoices and waybills. Up until now the details on our commercial invoices have always been adequate, but now they are demanding that a detailed description of the shipment be shown on the UPS waybill as well.

There is a box on the bottom of the UPS waybill for a description of the contents that is marked "DESC:", however when we print the waybill all that is ever printed in this box is "N/A".

The only place I can see where we can enter a description of the shipment is on the "Packages" tab on the Item Fulfillment screen. However the text that we enter here is not being printed on the Waybill.
