Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Batch UPS Thermal Printing File Size Issue
We print integrated UPS labels to our thermal printer without a problem - as long as the batch we are printing is less than about 25 labels. If we try to print more, we get a message complaining that "The EPL2 file is too big for EltronX's buffer."
We noticed that when we are successful in batch printing labels, the pop-up progress window talks about "Spooling EPL2 info" etc, but when we are unsuccessful [when trying to print more than about 25 labels,] it talks about "Spooling PDF info."
Has anyone else encountered this problem?
Is it possible that NS is trying to send a PDF file to the thermal printer when printing above a certain threshold? As I understand it, that will be a file too large for the ActiveX plugin.
