Can Vendors Mark Drop Ship Orders "Shipped" & provide Tracking Numbers?
Seems simple, but we can't figure out how to do it.
It would be ideal if, in the Vendor Center so the Vendors see only their own orders, they could mark the Drop Ship Orders shipped, and put in the tracking numbers. Is there another alternative process to get Vendors to update the drop ship orders by themselves?
Currently, our (only) drop ship vendor emails us the tracking number and declares the order shipped. There has to be a better way.
Apparently the Vendor Center has little power, but it does restrict access to orders nicely, and is ideal to do this. Are we missing something here, or an easier way elsewhere?
