Need Immediate Assistance Regarding UPS Claim/Declared Value
I need immediate assistance if possible.
We had to file a UPS claim for a damaged item that was received by a customer today.
The value is $340.00, which I declared when fulfilling this shipment.
However, the value field now shows as empty, as if I never filled it in!
Therefore, I can now only be reimbursed $100.00 for this damaged item, because UPS did not receive information when scanning the item that any value was declared!
Actual replacement value is $200.00.
UPS told me if I could prove I declared the value, they will honor the $200.00 replacement cost.
How can I prove or find it in NetSuite that I did indeed declare this value?
