Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

HEADS UP - shipping calculation bug
For the benefit of those use a shipping item based on Percent of Total...
Issue 122481 - Shipping Rate > The Shipping Cost based on Shipping Rate="Percent of Total" includes the Subtotal Item
Severity: S3 - Important
Here's an example:
1) You set up a shipping item based on percent of total (say 10%), for instance an item called Shipping Surcharge.
2) On the sales transaction, you enter one or more line item(s) for stuff you're charging for, then a subtotal line item, followed by a 5% discount line item (as noted in the Help, a discount item only applies to the line preceding it, so this is one way to apply a discount to all items that precede the Subtotal line, thereby creating an order level discount).
