2 different methods for printing UPS labels

Hi,

When you go to shipping preferences you can choose the way the UPS label Prints (PDF or thermal printer). I am logged it as the administrator and want to print pdf as I don't have a thermal printer. but the warehouse manager wants to print with his thermal printer. If I change the settings in my account (logged in as an administrator) is that changing the way the warehouse manager will print? If yes, is there a way to have two different way of printing?
