Backorder no need to be payed

Hi all,

I have this problem we dont want costomars to pay for the backorders untill they are instock.

Offcourse we can make a sales order without the products that are not on stock but we do want to use the system`s backorder options. Just dont want our customers to pay for things we might not get in.

Is there a way to exclude backorder products from the billing form so the do not add up to the total amount?
