Packing Slips

Is there a way to print a Packing Slip for a Sales Order without creating the Item Fulfillment?

We ship all of our items from our vendor. We fax them Packing Slips for the orders that have come in each day. They also use this as our purchase order.

Currently, in order to get the Packing Slips to print, we have to create an Item Fulfillment. (We recently stopped using the Advanced Inventory Module as Pick, Pack, Ship was the only thing in the module we were using, and not worth the $4000+ it cost to keep it.) However, when we want to enter the tracking numbers, which can be up to 30 days after the Packing Slip was faxed to our vendor, we have found that we have to go into the Item Fulfillments individually.
