UPS integrated labels

My UPS fulfilled labels will only print 1 customer today, the last one from yesterday.  I accidentally had my computer calendar set to 8/14 yesterday before fulfilling that last order - not sure if that makes a difference.  Today I fulfilled 20 orders and only the 1 label from yesterday printed.  I tried going 1 at a time to today's fulfillments and "print label" but the same label from yesterday prints, regardless of which of today's fulfillments I try.  I've cleared cash, shut-down and rebooted, turned off UPS label printer, etc.
