Auto Ship Date Not Working With Online Orders
Case: We have the Set Up Shipping page set so we do not ship on Saturday and Sunday with a cut off of 2:00 pm. It is 4:00 pm on Friday. If I place a Sales Order manually, the ship date is automatically set to Monday which is correct. However, when an online order is placed at the same time, the ship date is set for Saturday which is not correct.
This problem is with online orders only and specifically when they are placed on Friday after the Cutoff Time for Shipments. If the online order was placed on Saturday or Sunday, the ship date is set for Monday.
