FedEx Zebra printer?

Switched over the NetSuite FedEx, printing labels in pdf for now with envelope, waiting for Zebra printer to be delivered.  Received this message from FedEx repthis morning:

"I got the approvals on the printer, but the technician called me and said that since you are using Net Suites the printer will not configure to it.  She explained to me that our printers will only configure to fedex.com and our software.  I apologize as I did not realize it would not work.  She said she could not send it out as it would not work with what the warehouse is using to make their labels.  Let me know if you have any questions. "
