Signature Capture for Proof of Delivery

We are looking for possible solutions to our paper consumption problem. One thing we would like to do is get electronic signature capture for deliveries we make ourselves. I see the UPS guys with their portable tablet, and I thought, I wonder if Netsuite can do that?

Ideally we would like something that we can automatically attach the signature image to the Sales Order/Invoice/Cash Sale that is being delivered. Does anyone already have a system that does this? Any ideas how to do this?

Any advice would be appreciated.
