Fulfilling for third party

I am looking at the possibility of storing inventory for one of my customer in my warehouse and fulfilling his orders when he requires shipping.  This would mean setting up a set of inventory items for this customer and allowing him to see stock levels, order fulfillment progress, invoices etc. for his products only.

I am wondering if anyone can suggest the best way to set this up in order to restrict access for a customer to the activity on a specific set of inventory items.

Any tips will be appreciated.
