Shipping total changing on billing

Since our Friday 7.1 upgrade...
When billing a Item Fulfillment using "Distributor Invoice" (one of a few form options) the Item Fulfillment UPS Realtime shipping charges change back to the "Calculate" option. If calculated, the total then reflects the Sales Order shipping charges, not the actual UPS IF package.  I've looked at the form and the shipping item used for clues and find nothing odd — Any ideas?
