Picking Ticket Report?
We are processing a few hundred orders a day during this busy season and when we print out the picking tickets - its almost a whole ream of paper. It seams a bit wasteful since we just end of throwing the paper away. My warehouse guy was wondering if we could come up with a picking ticket report that would only take up a few sheets of paper rather than a whole book. I was looking into doing a saved transaction search:
type = sales order
status=pending fulfillment
Item: Drop Ship = False
Item: Committed = greater than 0
Item: Backordered = empty
I am going through to reconcile this report with the actual picking tickets but does anyone know if this is similar logic to what Netsuite uses and would there be a good reason not to do the picking tickets by a report.
