Thank you to everyone for your passion, collaboration, and support. Here’s to building an even stronger community together in the year ahead!
Season’s greetings to you and yours! As we head into the holidays (December 24 – January 4), we want to take a moment to celebrate the incredible strength and collaboration within our community. Even during the break, you can continue to benefit from connecting with peers, searching related threads, posting your questions, and marking helpful replies as “Accepted” in the Support Community.
Please note our dedicated team will be on reduced coverage during this time, and regular responsiveness will resume on January 5. Wishing you a joyful and restful holiday season!

Netsuite Order Fulfillment - am I missing something?
Is it me, or does the pick, pack, and ship process in Netsuite seem very underdeveloped? Perhaps you can share your processes with me or tell me what parts of Netsuite I don't see or understand.
Here's what process makes sense to us, and where I think Netsuite is missing some pretty basic functionality.
When my warehouse team starts their day, they go to the items waiting to be fulfilled screen.
We customized that screen (which has limited customization compared to the items or POs screens, but I digress) to allow for searching and filtering based on how they want to prioritize their orders to process. From what I can tell there's no way to display a count of matched orders (or even selected orders) so the worker can estimate the amount of time this 'job' will take him.
