Unable to uncommit items
I'm trying to remove the commitment of one item that is already marked for a customer.
I go to the Reallocate Items page, and I look up the item number, and then check the Commit box.
When I hit save, the first error that pops up is "All remaining non-special order items will automatically be committed on submission. Click OK to submit anyway."
The second error, right after you click OK above, is "You must enter at least one line item for this transaction."
So how do I reallocate, or uncommit an item?
