Fulfill ONLY when billed
Our orders come in via website and get an auth at time of placement. We need to bill orders first, then fulfill, which is working nicely. But we must never fulfill orders that have not been billed.
My concept to control this was to expose a payment-related field on the Fulfill Sales Orders screen and sort for orders that have been billed.
I was unable to find any way to expose an order status or other useful payment field. NS Support has told me that this is not currently possible and an enhancement has been in place for it.
I find it hard to believe that no-one has a workaround. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
