USPS integration error on international shipping if item(S) < 1 oz
1. Add an item or items that weigh less than 1 oz each into an sales order or a web order
2. Select an international USPS integrated option (priority mail international or express mail international.
3. fulfill the order in netsuite
Result: error thrown of "CustomsWeight1 must be greater than zero"
Expected Result: integrated endicia postage label generated
PS: If individual item weigh say 0.2 oz, the solution is not to change weight to 1oz because if customer add 100 of the item in his shopping cart he will be quoted shipping on a 100oz parcel instead of 20oz parcel.
