USPS integration: 1st class mail international missing

We today created our Endicia account and set up the USPS integration in Netsuite.

However it seems that for international shipping, first class mail is not offered as an option? This is very unfortunate because for small parcels up to 1 lb or so, 1st class mail international is much more economical than Priority mail international.

Is there any plans to offer 1st class mail international in the future?
