International UPS and Terms of Sale/CIF
I see that using FedEx Integration, you have the option to set C.I.F. in a Terms of Sale field when shipping internationally - is this option available for UPS?
We have a client where this is a deal breaker if they cannot set UPS international shipments to C.I.F.
On another note, does anyone know what to do about a commodity code error when trying to fulfill a UPS international order? I have tried both the 6-digit and 10-digit formats for the Schedule B Number on the item record, but I still get the error and can't fulfill the order for them (Case 817766). They still have no idea what their UPS international forms will look like, and they understandably are feeling like shipping integration is a waste of money for them.
