Thermal Printer batch file debugging tip
There are several posts that have trouble with the thermal printer batch files. I'm happy that there are a couple that cover the USB port problem by using a local share - works very well.
To see errors from the print command add a pause command on a newline, then the command prompt will stay open so you can see the error.
something like:
print /D:\localhostUPSPrinter %1 pause
Just wanted to drop this tip in case anyone has troubles.
