Integrated Shipping Carrier
We have just begun to fall foul of one of the most crap features of NetSuite i have yet discovered:
Integrated Shipping allows you to go through the process of defining multiple Carriers and Shipping Items for Integrated Shipping, and then at the last moment tells you it can only support ONE.
WHY, NETSUITE, WHY?
Of course we use multiple carriers because we have mulitple locations in multiple countries but for some reason there is an ADMINISTRATOR ONLY GLOBAL OVER-RIDE setting that forces us to pick only one.
This means that whenever somebody wants to ship using their local carrier they have to contact one of our Admins and ask them to change the Carrier. Then when the next person wishes to ship they also have to make a change request to an Admin., and so on. EVERY DAMNED TIME.
