Paypal not charging shipping
We just went live today and I'm noticing that while within the webstore, the shipping and handling amounts are added to the total in the cart.. however, when the customer checks out and is sent to paypal to complete payment, it only charges the net amount plus handling (no shipping). When returned to the webstore however, it shows the order paid in full, and from within our sales orders, we also show as having received the full payment!
I only know this because I logged in as a customer role and went through the checkout process, my paypal was only charged the amount of the item plus handling.
