Incorrect real time UPS Rates - mystery solved (almost)!
I know there are a lot of users out there, that like myself have been mystified why the real time rates from UPS are not correct. Well, I believe I have figured out the issue.
Yes - it is I believe a defect. I have already reported it under case# 872017.
When setting up UPS, I choose daily pickup, since we have one. However, whenever I'd compare the NS quoted rate with the UPS website for a daily pickup, it never matched, until today. I read that you also have to enter the warehouse address zip code at Setup> Company. Well, of course one would think the place to enter the correct zip code would be under the shipping address, right? Well, that didn't work. So thought I'd try in each zip code field until I tracked it down. It's actually the zip code in the upper part of the form
