USPS fulfillment errors

Is anyone else seeing large numbers of USPS fulfillment errors when trying to fulfill in bulk? The error message we are getting is simply a generic "An error occurred. Please fulfill this item individually for more info."

This happens when bulk fulfilling USPS orders. In a single bulk fulfill, some orders will succeed and others will fail. The ones that fail may succeed just fine in the next bulk fulfill, or they may continue to fail. Fulfilling individually does work (although we've had one that still won't even fulfill that way), but we have too many orders for that to be acceptable.
