Backorder and Description Items
Has anyone run into the case where Description Items show on the first picking ticket of a sales order but not on subsequent ones? If so do you have a fix?
Example: if you have a couple of items back ordered so you end up with two fulfillments on the same sales order. Your picking ticket for the first fulfillment on the sales order shows the Description Item like normal. You can't fulfill a Description Item yet the second picking ticket doesn't show it, almost as if the Description Item was fulfilled anyway. I checked to make sure the Description Item wasn't marked as fulfilled or closed so I don't think that is the cause.
