UPS Shipping Charges get doubled when adding additional items
Hi Everyone, I hope someone out there can point me into some sort of direction on this. Within the last couple of days, my sales reps have noticed that if they put a sales order together and calculate shipping, and then add an additional line item to the order that the shipping charges are potentially getting doubled in cost.
We're integrated with UPS, and I've checked everything in our account to see if a user here had changed something, nothing has been touched.
Any info is GREATLY appreciated!
