Shipping to calculate by dimensional weight needed (new item field cubic size)

Add a new field to inventory items "cubic dimension" and "cubic dimension unit"

Add dimensional weight rules to each shipping item (and multiplier field to compensate for padding and packaging). Rules for ground and air shipment calculating dimensional weight are different and also different by carrier, (ups, fedex, usps, etc).

Shipping could then use the larger of actual weight of {all items in an order} or the dimensional weight of {all cubic dimension added together in the order}.
