Auto-email at "packed" status to will-call customers
We have advanced shipping and use the picked/packed/shipped status for orders.
We want to create a unique, auto-generated email when the item is marked packed (and ready for shipping/pickup) for the following situations:
- customers whose order is for will-call and we let them know the order is ready for pick-up (ship via=will call)
- sales reps who will be deliverying order (ship via= sales rep name)
(We do not have/nor want the auto generated e-mail for fulfillment enabled for web orders or any other orders that generates email when something has shipped, only wanted when something is packed.)
