Enhancement 134293 PLEASE VOTE If you have Items that ship in multiple boxes
Please go to Support > Netsuite Account Center, on the Enhancement Voting Tab at the top search for 134293.
This enhancement is to properly calculate shipping when an item ships in multiple boxes.
Example, 1 item is too big to ship in 1 box and must ship in 3 boxes. As of now you can only specify the total shipping weight, but the shipping calculations are not accurate because it's not the same to ship (3) boxes of 10 lbs each than to ship (1) box of 30 lbs.
