Comparing UPS to Fed Ex rates

We intended to compare UPS to Fed Ex real-time rates to determine the most cost-effective shipping method. It would be nice for online customers to have this ability as well. I mistakenly thought this was a standard NS feature. Apparently there is a bug and we have not seen any progress in over 3 months. Has anyone been able to find resolution on your own, or through OzLink or other partners? Also, have you found an internal solution for comparing LTL freight rates for pallet shipments? Do we need to utilize a partner because NS can't fix this bug? We
