Any good warehouse management system?

Our business is expending too quick. With 16200 stock items. (style-colour-size). Netsuite warehouse management is too weak for us now.
We have too many bin movement everyday so we are not using NS bin management system.
We sale by 1, but I need a system which can record a carton of a item.
ie. Date 1, BIN A, move 15 cartons of PS11--NAVY--LARGE (contains 25 units) in. Date 2, BIN A, move 2 cartons of PS11--NAVY--LARGE out to picking area..
Every carton will have a barcode (the system will know it's PS11--NAVY--LARGE -contains 25 units) to scan in or out of the BINS.
Every bin has a lot of different cartons. We use a white board to record what's in every carton. This manual system is not working for us anymore.
