NetSuite cannot calculate UPS realtime rates

We are getting this message when we try to calculate UPS shipping on orders.
Has been happening for over two hours.
Anyone else experiencing this?

"Could not calculate cost for the selected Realtime rate. The UPS Online Realtime Rates System is temporarily unavailable. Please resubmit your rate request in a few minutes."
