Web Services is deleting shipping costs
We have been encountering a problem: The shipping costs are randomly being erased at the time our Pick Tickets are being printed. We use an OzLink custom Packing slip and at the time it's printed, we can see that some, not all of the orders, are being edited. It is not any one type of ship method, but we have noticed a higher percentage with expedited shipping methods. If I edit the Sales Order, to add the shipping cost back in, when I invoice it, I again, have to add the shipping cost back in. This has become very time
