Customer Shipping Accounts Integrated Shippnig Labels.
We have some customers that give us there UPS account numbers and UPS directly charges the customers. Recently we just started using the integrated shipping feature and trying to figure out a solution to have that work. Before we just used UPS software and we could simply type in their account number.
The only way I could think of is if we actually registered their account to under Setup > Accounting > Shipping and actually register the customers account.
But even if that worked, how you would actually select this account? As we have a UPS account, I am not sure if this would work, but then would we have to create a separate location that would only be associated with that customer? Then register their UPS account to this location?
