Serialized items - Can be marked as packed but when we try to complete - Says Bin Not Available
One of my customers just started having an issue with Fulfilling Serialized items. It is intermittent (not every order) but has happened multiple times.
On the sales order the items have a special order PO that has been received for them. The start the fulfillment process by setting the fulfillment to Packed so they can get a packing slip and get it to the shipping process. This works fine and the Bin Detail correctly assigns the proper Serial Numbers to the items on the order.
When they go to complete the process they select Mark Shipped, beings up the fulfillment and they change the status to Shipped. When they save it they get the error "The following Bin Numbers are not available: STAGED (which is the same Bin that is on the Bin detail of the fulfillment)
