Trouble with properly identifying tracking numbers from emails
Hi,
I am trying to build a saved search for Item Fulfillment which sends an email with a custom message containing the Package Tracking number only.
Right now, if an Item Fulfillment record has both the package tracking number and return label tracking number then it returns both, in that order, in the email sent by the search.
I am trying to remove or at least properly label the return label tracking number that gets returned from the "trackingnumbers" tag in my custom email message for the search.
This email is getting sent to our customers which is causing a lot of confusion for them as sometimes they track the return tracking number when their order is shipped instead of the package tracking number!
