Editing integrated shipping label layouts

We can't find a way to edit the integrated shipping label that NS uses for FedEx.  We use the standard laser label that FedEx provides for us.  It requires that the FedEx label image be rotated 90 degrees from the standard NS layout.

Anyone know where/how to modify this?

Any help appreciated!
