Hazmat/Dangerous good with FedEx integration feature
Hi,
I need help in setting up Hazmat items especially with Lithium Ion batteries. I have activated the feature and it shows in Item Master, Shipping & Item FulFillment (which has pick, pack & ship activated too).
After I fulfill the IF it flips from picked status to packed status followed by the tracking number gets generated. After which if I tried to set this flag - Non-Hazardous Lithium Batteries - check this box if the package contains non-hazardous lithium batteries under packages tab and populate under Hazmat tab the data gets revert to old one.
I also found an article in Suite Answers that the information in package tab cannot be changed once the tracking number is generated. [h=1]Item Fulfillment > Unable to change the information on the Package[/h] My question is there a way to over come on how to se the Non-Hazardous Lithium Batteries flag and update the Hazmat tab with appropriate type so it helps during the Shipment of goods.
