NS SB API Issues

Hi,

We are trying to download sales orders from NS Sandbox Instance using webservices. But API is throwing the error   'Only one request may be made against a session at a time'.

We tried with all the sandbox accounts and but all NS SB instances are throwing the same error. This error is getting for all the objects like SO,PO,Item etc.

I will really appriciate if anyone can help me to debug this issue.
We are getting this error since 11 AM IST.
