PHP Tool Kit - New Sales Order

I am a newbie at using NetSuite, so any help would be GREATLY appreciated. I am using the NetSuite PHP Tool Kit and trying to make heads and tails out of it.

A. I am able to create a new "Customer" entry into NetSuite using the tools...

B. I am able to get a "$customerId" back from NetSuite. They gave me the ID 40351...

C. When I go to the next step of trying to enter the CC info and the ordered items, via this script:

$myNSclient->setPassport($email, $password, $account, "14");

$salesOrderFields = array(

'entity'  => new nsRecordRef(array('internalId' => $customerId)),
