crossdomain.xml or clientaccesspolicy.xml?

I'd like to develop a Silverlight app that accesses netsuite via web services, with the app hosted on my domain.

Is there some way to configure a "crossdomain.xml" or "clientaccesspolicy.xml" file for my account, to be exposed at the netsuite web service endpoint root domain?

If not, how does netsuite support custom Flash/Silveright clients connecting via web services?

I'd like to avoid installing a proxy just for this!
