Please note that on Friday, March 20, 2026, at 8:00 PM Pacific time, our Case Management System will undergo a scheduled maintenance for approximately 4 hours. During this time, case creation via SuiteAnswers will be unavailable and inbound calls will be routed to Customer Service.
External website and 3D Secure
We are currently running our website externally from Netsuite, and the completed order is simply sent to NS via the API and is then authorised by NS
We are now moving to using 3D secure, and this means we're going to have to authorise the transaction before it's sent to NS.
However, this means that we're unable to obtain the customer's stored card number as it's masked when called through the API.
Is anyone doing something similar?
