Web Services Response: Error executing Netsuite operation(500)Internal Server Error

I am connecting via web services to NetSuite and I get the following error on any connection:
Error executing Netsuite operation(500)Internal Server Error

This connection has worked very well for months, now it suddenly stops yesterday.  This is a connection to a Test Environment, not Production. The connections to Production work without any errors.

Anyone seen something like this before?
