PHP Custom Record Search

I need to create a custom record search using SuiteTalk.

I want to search for a custom record (record type ID 4) that has a custom select field (field ID 332) which is actually a Transaction (Sales Order).  I have the transaction ID #, so I just need to be able to find this custom record by that value.

I want to stress that I need to be able to do this with the CURRENT PHP library.  Thank you to anyone with ideas / suggestions.
