Customer Center (My Account?)

This is probably a dumb question but I've been waiting on hold for the past 30 minutes waiting to talk to a human (no luck). Anyhow, v10's Customer Center or My Account tab didn't look horrible, however v11's are intolerable. I need to know if you I can customize the look of the Customer Center b/c it doesn't fit into our layout what so ever.  They've got a weird gray to white gradient going on to that looks ridiculous.  Thanks in advance!
